Avak G. Agamov, 69, died February 8, 2023 at his home in Providence, RI. Born on June 10, 1953, Avak was born and raised in Baku, Azerbaijan to George Agamov and Yelena Agamova. Following the Armenian genocide, in 1991, Avak migrated as a refugee to Providence, RI where he lived the rest of his life. Avak, also warmly called Avik, was a beloved friend to many and will be remembered as a generous and kind person always willing to help his friends in need. Avak leaves behind three daughters and his sister Tatyana. Services will be held Saturday at 11:00 am at Keefe Funeral home.
